This was such a fantastic program. It exceeded my expectations by a long shot. I feel like I know each of my teachers. Everyone had their own style and way to teach and the learning was so enjoyable. The online experience was done so well. I found the sequence of lessons and assignments and classes just simply fantastic. I felt like I was in the room with the teachers. This forum also gave me the chance to go at my own pace and absorb everything really well. I also felt very much like I was included in this yoga school community. This program and Your Yoga Flow overall have been very inspiring and enhanced my personal practice as well as my skills as a yoga teacher.
